Can I order a custom size print?

Yes! If you spot a design you love but would prefer it in an alternative size then please get in touch at ajordandesign@outlook.com. Always happy to help! Only A4 and A3 sizes are stocked, therefore custom orders will have to be printed individually which can take 1-3 weeks to reach you depending on current print and postage times.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

AJD offers free shipping for UK orders via Royal Mail standard 2nd class (3-5 working days). If you’d like your order sooner, you can select the 1st class shipping option at checkout (maximum 3 days) and your order will be dispatched same day to ensure it arrives with you promptly! Any current postage delays will be noted on the main homepage banner.

How are prints packaged?

If you are ordering prints unmounted, A4 & A3 loose prints are posted in small roll tubes wrapped in navy tissue paper. If your print is purchased mounted, it will be posted in a large mailer bag with extra reinforced backing/ cardboard and wrap for extra protection. AJD only uses high quality mounts and backing boards sourced from other small businesses.

How do I take care of my water repellent cushion?

The outdoor cushion range is hand wash only. It is not recommended to machine wash or tumble dry. Although the cushions are water repellent it is not recommended for them to be left outdoors permanently. All cushions have Fibre meets Furniture (Fire) (Safety) Regulations (BS5852), this however is ineffective if the cushion is washed.

Can I machine wash my tea towel?

All tea towels are 100% machine washable at a cool 20 degree cycle to help maintain their vibrant appearance. It is also suitable to iron the tea towels but on the reverse side only. Do not directly iron onto the design, and use a low heat.

Can I send a gift directly to a friend?

Certainly! We want to make the process as easy for you as possible and can send directly, on your behalf. We can add a custom handwritten card so the recipient knows it’s from you, just leave your message in the ‘Additional Info’ section at checkout.
