Exchanges & Returns

AJD does not accept returns at this time. We do however offer exchanges for soft furnishing and homeware gifts (excluding prints) if customers wish to swap for an alternative design. The return of goods is at cost to the customer, and once received in acceptable condition, a replacement will be sent with a small shipping fee to cover packaging & postage of the replacement order.

If your order arrives damaged, we ask that photographic evidence is sent within 48 hours of receiving your parcel to be eligible for a replacement. We strictly do not offer refunds or replacements after this time period.

Shipping

We always offer a free shipping option to the UK to make gifting more affordable. Please allow 3-5 days from the date of dispatch (you will be notified via email) for your order to arrive. If you would like it sooner, please select the 1st class shipping option which should take roughly 1-3 working days. Please consider delays during busy periods, such as Christmas and backlog due to bank holidays. Feel free to reach out to us prior to ordering to ensure it will be with you by your desired date. We’re happy to help!
